My room included air conditioner, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. I really enjoyed that beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location was amazing right next to the smoking area. Courteous and amazing staff, who gave me awesome suggestions.

bed was rock hard,mattress had springs poking out,people yelling people in hall at 2 am was up all night couldnt get comfortable,no shampoo in the room at all,walls were thin,hall smelled like smoke,and room was small and dull!

The large, brand-new rooms and the friendly staff here made my stay enjoyable, and the location is convenient, close to restaurants, Niagara Falls, and public transportation.

It was the cheapest hotel in the vicinity - we stayed there for 1 night and the hotel was good, however it could have been cheaper. If there had been a cheaper motel nearby I would have stopped there...

Front desk at check-in was very nice.

After checking in and walking to the elevator... It was a horrible smell of marijuana. The second floor was a non-smoking level but everything stunk of smoke! Felt like a had to take a shower when I got in my room and jump out the window to stay clean when I left. They should take some of the water pressure out of the toilet and put it in the shower. I was embarrassed to bring my friend over.

We liked the comforts of this good budget hotel. the location was convenient, close to restaurants like Harvey's, Swiss Chalet, Kelsey's, SunRise Grill, and stores. - Quick bites from McDonald's were located just a 10-minute walk away. - the staff was very efficient all day long.

Price was right , location was good.

My issues was the smell of smoke and on saturday the beds were not made nor was the garbage removed. Towels were replaced.
